Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether the costs of the sections 20 process in respect of cladding remediation will be met by the ACM cladding fund.

The private sector remediation fund covers works directly related to the replacement of unsafe ACM cladding systems, including legal and managing agent fees where relevant.
