Care Homes: Coronavirus

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 11 May 2020 to Question 38554 on Care Homes: Coronavirus, what data he holds on the number of patients who have been discharged from hospitals to care homes in (a) Birmingham, (b) the West Midlands and (c) England have been tested for covid-19 in each of the last 12 weeks.
