Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what recent assessment he has made of the level of protection afforded to LGBT rights in Chechnya.

The Government has serious concerns about the treatment of the LGBT community throughout Russia. Our assessment is that there is no protection afforded to the LGBT community in Chechnya.
