The court’s ruling on 7th May concerned the clarity in the policy for family and private life applicants who are seeking to have the no recourse to public funds policy not imposed on them, or lifted if already imposed.

The Home Office notes the court’s judgment and that its full reasons will follow; we will consider these carefully when they become available.
