Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will publish a list of all properties on phase 1 of High Speed 2 which lie (a) within 300 metres, (b) between 300 and 500 metres and (c) between 500 and 1,000 metres of the route where it is constructed from the surface in (i) Chesham and Amersham and (ii) Aylesbury.

This information cannot be provided because to do so would not be consistent with the principles of the Data Protection Act.
