Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how his Department plans to fund the investment in ICT required to modernise and digitalise the court service.

The Spending Review, announced in November 2015, agreed an investment of over £700m in HM Courts and Tribunal Service reform programme, to modernise and digitalise the courts and tribunals service. The Spending Review is published at:
