To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what estimate she has made of the number of appeals against Continuing Healthcare decisions.

NHS England is responsible for the oversight of NHS continuing healthcare decision-making by integrated care boards (ICBs), and publishes activity statistics every quarter, which are available at the following link, including data on the number of requests for local resolution or independent review of an ICB’s continuing healthcare eligibility decision:
