Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment she has made of the impact of reductions in primary care services on patients' ability to access NHS treatment in their local area; and what steps her Department is taking to ensure that services previously provided in general practice remain accessible free at the point of use.
