Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to question UIN 35066, what update can the Committee on Toxicity provide on their research Position Paper on Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances since the interim position was published in 2023.

We have nothing to add at this time to the answer that the Hon. Member received on 21 October in response to Question 35066, but we will ensure that Parliament is kept informed as and when there is any further update to report.
