Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether she has any recent discussions with the Environment Agency regarding the removal of flytipped rubbish beside Stoke Road and the Slough Arm of the Grand Union Canal.

It is regrettable that waste on this site is a blight on the local environment. The Environment Agency liaised with Slough Borough Council, as owners of the land, when the waste was tipped by organised criminals. Removing the waste remains the responsibility of the landowner.
