Fees and charges are being considered as part of the negotiations. Our aim is to offer a streamlined and high quality service for everyone, keeping fees at a reasonable level. We will make the process as streamlined as possible for all individuals, including those who already hold a residence document under current free movement rules. As set out in the paper, we will publish further details in due course.
