To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what progress has been made on developing a comprehensive, system-wide resilience assessment framework.

The Resilience Action Plan, available on GOV.UK, committed to deliver a consolidated, data-driven picture of our resilience baseline by 2029. To inform this measure, the UK Resilience Academy has convened relevant experts from across society to shape its development.
