Parental Leave and Parental Pay

Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether the roadmap setting out potential changes to the parental leave and pay system is expected in 2026.

The parental leave and pay review will conclude in early 2027 with a set of findings in which the Government will outline next steps for taking any potential reforms forward to implementation.
