To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, whether her Department has taken legal advice on the football regulator's ability to adjudicate on any case involving Manchester City Football Club; and if she will publish it.

This is an independent matter and the Football Governance Act 2025 sets out clearly the remit and powers of the Independent Football Regulator.
