As of 27 August 2026, there were 56 eligible Building Safety Fund buildings where remediation works had started more than one year earlier and had not yet reached practical completion. Of these, 41 buildings had started remediation more than two years earlier, including 7 buildings where remediation had begun more than five years earlier.
