Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to Question 28731, whether his Department holds a formal policy assessment on the application of (a) Pillar 2 and (b) Pillar 3 of the UN Responsibility to Protect framework in relation to the human rights situation in Xinjiang.
