Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she has had discussions with her Greek counterpart on the implementation of human rights safeguards for refugees under the EU-Turkey deal.

Ministerial discussions continue to take place at EU meetings on implementation of the EU-Turkey deal.

More detailed discussions at official level are taking place with Greece on a regular basis. These are ensuring that the deal is carried out in accordance with all international and EU law including human rights safeguards.
