Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what time scales are in place for student visa application processing.

Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Where an application has exceeded the published service standard and an enrolment deadline is at risk, sponsors may use the established escalation routes. Further information on service standards and processing times is available at Visa processing times - GOV.UK.
