Member for Kenilworth and Southam, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission, whether the Electoral Commission was consulted on the Government (a) moving the dates of the 2026 combined authority mayoral elections to 2028, and (b) moving some of the rescheduled 2028 combined authority mayoral elections back to 2027.
