PPN002 should be applied to any in-scope contracts with a published tender notice or call-offs from frameworks established prior to 1 January 2027.

PPN 026 applies to contracts and frameworks with a tender notice published after 1 January 2027, and to call-off contracts awarded under frameworks set up where PPN 026 was applied.

Full details on the application requirements will be provided in the guidance to be published in autumn.
