To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, with reference to the answer of 11 February 2026, to Question 110421, on Ofcom: Public Appointments, for what reason the application deadline was extended from 18 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
This question was answered on 19th October 2026
The application deadline for this campaign was extended to allow prospective candidates additional time to complete and submit applications over the Christmas and New Year period and to support the recruitment of a strong and diverse field of applicants.
