In “Freedom from Violence and Abuse: a cross-government strategy to build a safer society for women and girls”, we committed to expanding access to tailored interventions for domestic abuse and stalking perpetrators across England and Wales.

The Home Office has recently competed £74.5 million in funding for the Domestic Abuse and Stalking Perpetrator Intervention Fund. This funding will support the local delivery of domestic abuse and stalking perpetrator interventions, and interventions for children who use harm. This is in addition to the £53 million over four years (FY2025-29) to rollout the Drive Project, an evidence-based intervention for the highest risk, highest harm, serial perpetrators of domestic abuse.
