NHS England is leading a review of medicines which may be considered as being of low clinical value and is working with NHS Clinical Commissioners to develop new guidance for clinical commissioning groups. NHS England expects to publish a consultation on the draft guidance shortly. The Department has not made an impact assessment on this work.
