The following table shows the amount of unpaid maintenance due under the Child Maintenance Service (CMS), as of the end of June 2019. This has been split into that which was arranged by the CMS, and maintenance which was arranged under the Child Support Agency (CSA) but the arrears have been transitioned to be collected by the CMS.

Paying Parent address in…

Unpaid Maintenance arranged by the CMS

Unpaid Maintenance arranged by CSA, now transitioned to CMS system

Outstanding Arrears from CSA cases on CSA systems

Glasgow East Constituency

£420,000

£925,000

£187,000

Scotland

£21,316,000

£51,425,000

£12,773,000

Figures have been rounded to the nearest £1,000. Figures are based on the address of the Paying Parent for the CMS system, and based on the address of the Receiving Parent for the CSA systems.
