The Government is committed to achieving zero new HIV transmissions in England by 2030. As part of this commitment, we are developing a Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy and HIV Action Plan on reaching the 2030 target, which we plan to publish in 2021. We will consider issues related to improving care and living well with HIV, tackling stigma and health inequalities and providing mental health support to people living with HIV as part of the development of both the Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy and the HIV Action Plan.
