Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 10 September 2026 to WPQ 27407, how many individual applications were (a) made and (b) successful under the Northern Ireland Pet Travel Scheme in the twelve months between June 2025 and 2026.

In total, 22,806 Pet Travel Document applications were submitted for the Northern Ireland Pet Travel Scheme between 1 June 2025 and 31 May 2026, of which 21,881 were approved by the Animal Plant and Health Agency (96% approved).
