Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Answer of 7 September 2026 to Question 20825, on Cabinet Office: Facilities Agreements, and with reference to pages 11-12 of her Department's Document entitled Civil Service facility time framework and guidance, published in April 2026 (DEP2026-0371), if she will publish the figures for the Cabinet Office facility time data for 2025-26 that are maintained by the Cabinet Office.

Facility time for 2025-26 will not be published, as it is no longer a requirement following the repeal of the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 in February 2026.
