Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, whether she plans to launch the public consultation on the revised National Curriculum in September 2026.

Reform of the national curriculum and GCSEs is continuing and will align with the government’s ambition to transform technical education for 14 to 16-year-olds. There will be a public consultation on the proposals for the national curriculum and assessment system.
