To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what assessment her Department has made of the effectiveness of the Value for Money Government Procurement framework in prioritising bids that include capital investment guarantees.

The Government is committed to achieving value for money across all public procurement. There is no single document titled the 'Value for Money Government Procurement framework’.
