Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the Answer of 22 June 2022 to Question 17999 on Social Security Benefits: Tribunals, if she will publish any guidance that was provided to decision makers on the new approach to decision making.

The new approach was explained to decision makers via a series of local training events which built on existing guidance in the Advice for Decision Makers (ADM) and Decision Makers Guide (DMG) – “Principles of Decision Making and Evidence”:
