Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, when his Department will respond to its consultation entitled Modern leasehold: restricting ground rent for existing leases, published on 6 December 2023.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
