Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what legislative changes she plans to bring forward to address technical defects in the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 before commencing provisions on lease extensions and freehold purchase.
