To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what assessment her Department has made of the potential implications for its policies of the use of Diia.AI & Chatbot Nadiia by the Ukrainian Government; and what lessons their use of those systems has for the UK.

AI is at the heart of the Government’s plan to transform how we deliver public services, and we are interested in learning from international approaches to AI and digital innovation in government.

We work with Ukraine on shared learnings and application for digital government via the Estonia-Ukraine-UK trilateral agreement, signed in 2023 and re-committed to in 2025. This includes areas such as apps, large language models and data architecture to deliver the best services to our citizens.
