Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what the average time taken by his Department to process an A1 form was in each of the last six months.

HMRC has taken steps to address the backlog of A1 certificate applications, have achieved their recovery strategy ahead of time and they are now achieving service levels
