Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what discussions he has had with his Kenyan counterpart on the recent decision of a court in that country to repatriate 22 women refugees to Eritrea.

​Neither the Foreign Secretary nor I have discussed with the Kenyan government reports that a Kenyan court has ruled to repatriate 22 women refugees to Eritrea. Our High Commission in Nairobi will work to establish the full facts in the coming days.
