Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will take steps to lower VAT on battery storage systems to five per cent.

Under UK law, battery storage systems are standard rated; there are no current plans to allow a reduced rate of VAT on battery storage systems.
