Question to the Department for International Development:
To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, what (a) discussions and (b) meetings her officials have had with SA Airlink on the future of the air service in the last 12 months.

DFID officials are in regular contact with the St Helena Government which leads the tender process for provision of a scheduled air service to St Helena. That process is ongoing and therefore meetings and discussions which have formed part of this process are subject to commercial confidentiality.
