The answer reflects damages paid in full and final settlement of common law compensation claims against the MOD where bullying, harassment or discrimination are the main causes of action. Given the way such claims are categorised and recorded, it is not possible to separate between bullying, harassment and discrimination.

(i) 2019-20: Fewer than five.

(ii) 2020-21: Fewer than five.

(iii) 2021-22: Six.

(iv) 2022-23: Twelve.

The answer shows the year of the final damage payment where more than one payment has been made. Numbers fewer than five are not provided in order to reduce the possible inadvertent disclosure of claimant identities.
