Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how much funding is currently available in the Community Housing Fund; and how local communities in Birkenhead can bid to access that funding.

A budget of £97.4 million has been established for the Community Housing Fund in 2019/20. This includes £37.4 million carried forward from 2018/19. Local communities in Birkenhead – as elsewhere in England outside London – may apply for this funding through Homes England.
