Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the oral contribution of Chris Hayes to the Work and Pensions Committee on 4 February 2015, HC 814, Question 245, if he will undertake an analysis of each of the 49 peer reviews to ascertain whether there were instances in which his Department's actions were either inappropriate or incorrect.

The purpose of a Peer Review is to objectively analyse how a case has been handled, to determine whether the Department’s processes have been followed and make recommendations for improvements if necessary.
