Question to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, what the regional distribution of funding will be under the National Space Innovation Programme.
The National Space Innovation Programme (NSIP) does not allocate funding according to regional distribution. Proposals are assessed competitively on their individual strength against the published criteria, irrespective of location.
Since 2020, NSIP has awarded 124 grants worth a combined £85.8m. The regional distribution of project leads, and associated funding is set out below:
