Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what the target is for digital inclusion.

The Government’s Digital Strategy, published in March 2017, sets out the Government’s approach to tackling digital exclusion. Our objective is to tackle the root causes of digital exclusion so that everyone can increase their digital capability to make the most of the digital world. We also committed to facilitating strong collaboration between the public, private and third sector to tackle the digital skills gap in a coordinated and coherent way so the sum is greater than the parts and everyone everywhere has better access to the training they want.
