To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, when he intends to reply to the letter to him dated 19 January 2015 from the Right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton with regard to Mr P. Metcalfe.

My right hon. Friend the member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Philip Hammond) replied to the the Right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton's letter of 19 January 2015 with regard to Mr P. Metcalfe on 25 February.
