To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what performance measures are used to monitor frontline advisers in Jobcentre Plus.

Frontine Advisers’ performance is measured in a variety of ways. Departmental staff have individual key work objectives that support the Department to meet organisational performance measures, and deliver high quality public services.
