Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what the rate of staff turnover was at the Financial Ombudsman Service in the years (a) 2000, (b) 2009, (c) 2010, (d) 2011, (e) 2012, (f) 2013 and (g) 2014.

This is a matter for the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) who are operationally independent from Government.

This question has been passed on to the FOS. The FOS will reply directly to the honourable member by letter. A copy of the letter will be placed in the Library of the House.
