Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will publish the UK Government's response to the detailed opinions issued by EU Member States to the UK's Notification of the draft Standardised Packaging of Tobacco Product Regulations.

The Government currently has no plans to publish its response to the detailed opinions issued by European Union member states to the notification of the draft regulations for Standardised Packaging of Tobacco Products.
