Question to the Northern Ireland Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, how many records her Department holds that have reached the time limit for their transfer to the National Archives but have not been transferred.

The Public Records Act defines a record as a document. The Northern Ireland Office does not have a record of how many documents have reached their time limit for transfer to the National Archives. It would incur disproportionate costs to answer this question.
