Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the involvement of psychologists is in the Government's de-radicalisation programme.

Channel is the Government’s programme to prevent vulnerable people from being drawn into terrorism. Local agencies work together to assess the risk and where necessary provide tailored support; panels may include mental health
services such as psychologists if considered appropriate for a particular case.
