Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, how many cases have been brought under section 35 of the Building Act 1984 in cases where new build homes contravene building regulations in the last 10 years; and how many such cases have resulted in the imposition of fines.
