Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what assessment he has made of the number of patients admitting themselves to A&E for a pre-existing medical condition before they reach the top of a waiting list for the same issue, in (a) England, (b) Greater Manchester, (c) Tameside and Glossop and (d) Stockport in the last three months.
